Manage Your Tickets

Plans change. We get it. Now, you can exchange your tickets or transfer to family/friends throughout the season right from your phone.


No exchange or transfer fees.


Exchanges must be done at least 24 hours prior to the game you can’t attend.

What it is: What it isn't:
Digital vouchers Singles, pairs, batches other than 5
Batches of 5 vouchers The same seat location for each game, unless you purchase well in advance
Select your own seat each time you claim a voucher Redeemable in person, nor over the phone
Digital vouchers and tickets; access both on your mobile device Printed vouchers or tickets
Expires on the date of last home game and does not transfer to following season Expires on the date of the last regular season home game and does not transfer to the playoffs or the following season
Once exchanged for tickets, tickets can be transferred Refundable
A voucher that you can exchange online for a ticket Equal to any other quantities

  • How to redeem | How to turn vouchers into tickets

    To redeem tickets using your Flex Plan, please ensure you are logged into your account. Once you are logged in, follow these steps:


    – Click the button below


    – Scroll down to your desired game and click "Find Tickets"


    – To redeem your Flex Vouchers, click the coupon icon in the "Promo Codes" section, then click "Apply" on your Flex Vouchers


    – Select "Find Tickets" under "Choose Your Seats," then select your seats and follow the prompts to the purchase page


    – Finalize the purchase and enjoy the game!
