From the Dugout to the Stands, the Ottawa Titans are in Full Swing

To any baseball fan, swinging for the fences is nothing new. The best baseball is played when a player digs deep, steps up, and becomes something greater than one single person.
Many teams are lucky to experience a full-swing moment just once, but at Ottawa Stadium, these instances have been happening more and more frequently over the last four years.
With the team bursting into playoff contention by achieving a 12-series unbeaten streak during the 2025 season, alongside new attendance records, a full swing mentality has always been the Ottawa Titans’ unofficial motto, until now.
Heading into 2026, the Titans have revealed Full Swing as the team’s slogan as they continue to give it their all on the field and in the community. The slogan might be new, but for General Manager Martin Boyce, the messaging is not.
“We have always given 110%, and we’ve always strived to be the best that we can as an organization off the field and as a team on the field,” he said.
The timing of the new slogan reflects the steady growth that the franchise has seen since its inaugural season. With attendance increasing by more than 10 percent every year of the club’s existence, the organization has proven itself, moving beyond its iconic Here To Stay slogan.
“We’re heading into our fifth season, and we’re past that point of proving it could work,” Boyce said. “This is a team that can thrive in Ottawa.”
Like most things at the Titans, the slogan was chosen with fans in mind.
In November, the Titans asked fans on social media to submit suggestions for a new social media hashtag and slogan. The team received hundreds of submissions from fans proposing a new motto for the team, according to Boyce.
The organization came up with three front-runners that it believed best represented its growing brand. These were then put to a fan vote, with Full Swing being the winner.
“With feedback and votes from fans, Full Swing is evidently something that can resonate with people,” Boyce said. The other potential slogans that received consideration were Built To Last and Rise With Us.
The evolution of the Titans has always been guided by fan feedback, with the full-swing mentality extending to the Titans’ goal of making the ballpark a place for every kind of fan.
“The social, entertaining nature of baseball is great for everyone,” he said. “We make an effort to ensure everything we do is as enjoyable as possible for as many people as possible.”
Looking ahead in 2026, the organization is continuing to improve the game-day experience.
With investments into upgraded technology for food and beverage services and other elements of the game-day experience, Boyce said fans should see a continued improvement in the fan experience in 2026.
“The more that we put into building this great place where people can spend their summer, the more people will want to spend even more of their summer here,” he said.
With Full Swing now leading the Titans’ charge into the 2026 campaign, the team is embracing the next evolution of baseball in Ottawa – fully committed, fully motivated, and ready to swing for the fences.
