Martin Boyce - General Manager

A lifelong baseball fan, Martin Boyce joined the Titans as the team's first General Manager in December 2021.

Martin has worked for various sports organizations in Ottawa, including the Ottawa Sport Council, Ottawa Champions, and Ottawa Sports Pages newspaper.

Despite growing up outside Toronto, in Georgetown, Ontario, he now considers Ottawa his home and feels connected to the sport community.

Martin came to the nation’s capital in 2015 to pursue a Bachelor of Journalism at Carleton University and has since earned an M.S. in Sport Management and an M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He speaks French and Spanish and is (very) slowly working on learning Japanese.

In 2025, Martin was rewarded with the Bob Wolfe Award, presented to the Frontier League’s Executive of the Year. The Titans reached nearly 100,000 fans through home games alone, marking a 16% increase in total attendance from the previous season. It was the third consecutive year—every year of the team’s existence—with double-digit percentage growth in attendance, underscoring the National Capital Region’s growing love for a traditional summer pastime.
